Using AKERIOAEG
These terms apply to browsing https://akerioaeg.com and purchasing products from AKERIOAEG. The Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide the specific rules for those subjects and should be read with these terms. Terms applicable to an order are the terms displayed when the order is placed, subject to any mandatory legal protections.
To place an order, the customer must be legally able to enter into the transaction or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. The customer must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Keep any account login secure and notify support@akerioaeg.com of suspected unauthorized order activity.
Product information and order acceptance
Product pages describe the offered item, price, and included components. Customers should review the dimensions, connection requirements, and intended use before ordering. Screen and lighting differences can affect color appearance, but an item that is materially different from its description remains subject to an appropriate remedy.
Submitting an order requests the listed products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that request. AKERIOAEG may check payment, availability, address details, and suspected fraud before dispatch. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, AKERIOAEG will notify the customer and refund any payment for the cancelled order within 5 business days. An order is not a permission to change its price, substitute a materially different item, or postpone shipment indefinitely without customer agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices and payments are in USD. Checkout displays applicable taxes and the final payable amount before the purchase is submitted. Accepted methods are Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, Visa, Google Pay, American Express, and Diners Club. Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free. AA, AE, and AP military addresses are not served. A material pricing error will be explained before an affected order proceeds; a customer can decline the corrected offer and receive a refund of any payment collected for the cancelled order.
Shopify and personal information
The store is hosted on Shopify. Information submitted to the store is shared with Shopify and necessary service providers to operate checkout, payments, security, order management, and delivery. Those providers may process information in other countries. If enabled, Shopify enhanced services can also use store interaction data for analytics, personalization, and advertising. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant processing and customer choices.
Responsible website use
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, or unlawfully copy protected content. AKERIOAEG may restrict activity that threatens the store's security or lawful operation. Such a restriction does not remove obligations relating to an existing paid order or a valid refund.
Product use, responsibility, and disputes
Use products for their stated purpose and follow the supplied instructions. Any commercial warranty offered for a particular product will be stated separately; these terms do not create an unadvertised warranty or remove mandatory warranties or other consumer protections.
AKERIOAEG remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses non-delivery, or prevents a customer from seeking a remedy for a defective or misdescribed item. If a concern arises, first contact support@akerioaeg.com with the order number and the requested resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi and applicable U.S. federal law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply where the customer lives. No exclusive arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed by these terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Policy updates
Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page and will apply to future use and future orders. AKERIOAEG will not silently change the agreed return period, shipping charges, or other material purchase terms for an existing order.
