Accepted payment methods
AKERIOAEG accepts Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, Visa, Google Pay, American Express, and Diners Club. Available payment options appear at checkout. Digital wallet availability can depend on the device, browser, payment account, and the card linked to that wallet.
Currency and the amount charged
Prices and checkout payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Before an order is submitted, checkout shows the product subtotal, any discount, applicable sales tax, the shipping charge, and the final total. Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free. Military addresses in the AA, AE, and AP regions are not served. AKERIOAEG does not add an undisclosed handling fee or recurring subscription charge to a normal product purchase. A card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or other account fees; these are not charges imposed by AKERIOAEG.
Authorization and payment issues
Payment is due when an order is placed. The checkout payment provider securely authorizes and processes the payment. An authorization hold is not always the same as a completed charge; the timing of capture and release depends on the payment method and provider. AKERIOAEG begins order processing after payment has been confirmed.
If payment is declined or the checkout does not complete, check the billing details and contact the card issuer or wallet provider before trying again. Contact support@akerioaeg.com if the account shows a charge but no order confirmation has arrived. Please include the order number, if available, and the transaction date. Do not email a full card number, security code, password, or one-time authentication code.
For a possible duplicate charge, contact AKERIOAEG before placing another order. An order may be placed on hold while AKERIOAEG checks a payment or address discrepancy. If the order cannot be fulfilled within the stated processing period, AKERIOAEG will explain the delay and offer the applicable cancellation and refund options.
